Ballers Club values your privacy and the protection of your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains the information we collect about you when you use our website and mobile applications (together, the “Services”), how we use that information, the extent to which we share it with third parties, and your rights regarding that information. This Privacy Policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions, which set out the terms of using our Services.

The Data Controller for the Services is Apex Global Ventures Ltd in the United Kingdom. Throughout this Privacy Policy, the terms “Ballers Club”, “we”, “us”, “platform” and “our” refer to Apex Global Ventures Ltd.

By using the Services, you consent to our use of your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact us at info@ballersclubapp.co.uk.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes have been made indicates your acceptance of those changes. Please check the policy periodically for updates. The “Last Update” date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.

We collect certain personal data to provide the Services, improve your experience, and meet our legal obligations.

Name, date of birth, profile picture, and contact details (such as email address):
We use this information for account creation, internal record keeping, customer support, sending technical updates or service messages, and—if you choose to opt in—informing you about upcoming features, news, and events. We process this data based on your consent when you create or update your account.

Payment information:
If you purchase a subscription, payment is processed through the Apple App Store. We do not store your card details. We process payment information to fulfil our contract with you.

Location data:
When you record a football session using the Apps, we store location data, distance, pace, and related metrics. We collect and process this data only with your consent.

Health and fitness data:
When you track a session, we collect relevant performance data such as steps, heart rate, sprints, cadence, and calories burned. We process this information to fulfil our contract with you and provide the Services.

Technical and usage data:
We automatically collect information such as IP address, device type, operating system, session duration, and interactions with the Apps. We use this information to understand how the Apps are used, improve functionality, fix technical issues, and enhance accuracy and privacy. We process this data on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the Services.

3. Other ways we may use your data

  • If Ballers Club is involved in a merger, acquisition, sale, or similar business transaction, we may share or transfer your personal data as part of that process.

  • We also collect anonymous analytics to improve the Services. These analytics do not identify you personally.

4. Who do we share it with?

We respect your privacy and only share your personal data when it is necessary to provide the Services, comply with the law, or protect our legal rights. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

We use trusted third‑party providers to help operate and improve the Apps. These providers only process your data on our instructions and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes. Your data is stored on secure servers with industry‑standard encryption.

We use communication platforms to handle support requests and messaging. For example, if you contact us via in‑app support, your messages will be processed by these systems so that we can assist you.

  • Customer relationship management tools:
We use CRM software to manage our relationships with users, track interactions, and maintain contact details. This helps us provide you with a better experience.

  • Analytics and performance tools:
We use analytics tools to understand how the Apps are used, improve functionality, fix bugs, and plan future features. These tools may collect anonymous technical information such as device type, operating system, and app usage statistics.

  • Payment processors:
Subscription payments are processed by Apple via the App Store. We do not store your payment card details.

If you have consented, we may share anonymised session data with AI services to generate insights and recommendations within the app. These services process the data securely and in accordance with our instructions.

  • Compliance and legal service providers:
We may share your data if required to comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Ballers Club, our users, or others.

We primarily store and process your personal data in the UK or the EEA. However, some providers may process data outside these regions. When this occurs, we take steps to ensure that your data is protected in accordance with applicable laws, including using approved contractual clauses or ensuring the provider complies with relevant certification schemes.

Your personal data is primarily stored on secure servers located in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area (EEA). In some cases, our trusted third‑party providers may process your data in countries outside the UK or EEA.

Whenever your data is transferred internationally, we take steps to ensure it remains protected, such as using standard contractual clauses approved by the UK or EU authorities or ensuring that the provider complies with recognised certification schemes.
