At Ballers Club, we’re committed to providing a high-quality experience that helps footballers track, analyze, and improve their performance. Please read this Refund Policy carefully to understand how refunds are handled for our app and associated services.
1. Purchases and Subscriptions
Ballers Club offers both free and premium features. Premium access may be available through one-time purchases, monthly, or annual subscriptions. All purchases are processed securely through Apple’s App Store using your Apple ID.
Because payments are handled by Apple, Ballers Club does not directly process transactions or refunds.

If you purchased a subscription or in-app item through the App Store, you must request a refund directly from Apple.

You can request a refund by visiting reportaproblem.apple.com, signing in with your Apple ID, selecting the purchase in question, and following Apple’s refund process.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Apple reviews refund requests on a case-by-case basis. In general, refunds may be considered if:

You were charged but did not receive access to premium features.

You experienced a technical issue preventing you from using the purchased content.

The purchase was made accidentally and has not been used.
Please note that refund eligibility and timing are determined solely by Apple, not Ballers Club.
3. Cancelling a Subscription
You can cancel your Ballers Club subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. To do so:

Open Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad.

Select Ballers Club.

Tap Cancel Subscription.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which you will lose access to premium features.
4. Refunds for Promotional or Third-Party Offers
If you subscribed through a promotion, discount code, or third-party platform, any refund requests must comply with the terms of that promotion or partner platform. Ballers Club cannot issue refunds for payments made through third parties.
5. Technical Issues or Disputes
If you encounter a bug, service disruption, or billing issue, please contact our support team so we can investigate and assist:

6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds once delivered or accessed:

AI-generated performance insights.

Personalized analytics, reports, or downloadable content.

Any features already consumed or used during an active subscription period.
